2007 Vintage Pre-delivery Release & 2008 en primeur offer

To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000)
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please complete the order form and submit or return to us by fax or mail.
2. Prices quoted are per bottle and include all Australian taxes. Freight charges apply for the 2007 Vintage Pre-delivery release & 2008 en primeur offer. They are calculated according to your postcode. NB: You must provide an address where wine can be accepted and signed for between 8am – 5pm weekdays, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Changes to delivery address and requests to hold delivery must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery. Address changes can only be accepted by email or fax, quoting your invoice number and will be confirmed by us. In the case of 2007 Vintage wines by April 1, 2009 & 2008 Vintage by April 1, 2010. Changes cannot be accepted after these above dates. If the consignment is not accepted and signed for, then delivery will not be completed and extra charges will apply
3. For overseas customers the freight charges include delivery within Australia to your nominated carrier or onforwarder.
4. Payment is due with order. We accept all major credit cards. All orders are pending stock confirmation – email confirmation of your order does not guarantee supply. Following stock confirmation your credit card will be debited and an invoice and receipt confirming your order will be posted to your address.
5. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of wine you will receive (we cannot guarantee supply of all or any quantities ordered). There is no minimum order for 2007 Vintage; however the minimum freight charge is equivalent to 6 bottles. With 2008 en primeur a minimum order of 6 bottles is required. All wines packed 6 per carton.
6. Preference will be given to existing mail order customers wherever possible. All orders will be treated on a first come first served basis.
