To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000)
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please complete the order form and submit or return to us by email, fax or mail.
2. Prices quoted are per bottle and include all Australian taxes (freight charges apply). NB: You must provide an address where wine can be accepted and signed for between 9 am - 5 pm weekdays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If the consignment is not accepted and signed for, then delivery will not be completed and extra charges will apply.
3. Payment is due with order. We accept all major credit cards. All orders are pending stock confirmation. Email confirmation of your order does not guarantee supply. Following stock confirmation your card will be debited and an invoice and receipt confirming your order will be posted to your address.
4. No minimum order is required. However, a minimum freight charge equivalent to six bottles applies. We reserve the right to limit the quantities you will receive (we cannot guarantee supply of all or any quantities ordered).
5. Preference will be given to existing mail order customers wherever possible. All orders are treated on a first come first served basis.
